SDC10032 The imposing bronze and granite Polish Armed Forces Memorial, situated prominently in a site that is fast becoming one of the world's leading places for Remembrance, will signal to the last remaining veterans that their struggles, and those of their departed comrades, will be duly remembered for generations to come.

SDC10033 The Polish Armed Forces Memorial is superbly located at the eastern end of 'The Beat' a long avenue of chestnut trees. Four humble toy soldiers, each painted a bronze colour and glued back-to-back atop a two-pence piece provided the inspiration behind the Memorial's design.
