Gresley Colliery Band
We Are A hard working, ambitious and entertaining brass band based in the very heart of the Midlands. We provide entertaining concerts in our local community and also farther afield.
We rely entirely on income from concerts, donations, fund raising and the enthusiasm of our members. We are managed by a committee of elected members whom are elected at an annual Annual General Meeting.
We also compete as a band too. We are currently graded in the First Section and compete at both National and Regional Level. Our most recent success was in March 2007 when we were crowned Midlands Champions First Section.
